Withdrawals
Winnings are withdrawn in cryptocurrency to your external wallet. Processing times: USDT TRC-20 typically 10–30 minutes; Bitcoin typically 10–60 minutes. Monthly withdrawal limits vary by VIP status. Check your account for current limits.
Refund Policy
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. BC.Game does not offer refunds on deposits that have been wagered. In cases of technical error, refund requests may be submitted to BC.Game's support team.
